Worship

At Saint Michael's we endeavor to provide diversified worship experiences that will meet the needs of all members by proclaiming the Gospel through storytelling , drama, visual arts, music and prayer.

Our worship service uses the form of the Lutheran liturgy. The service is printed in the bulletin and is easy to follow. Saint Michael's is happy to provide large-print bulletins and hearing devices to assist you during worship. We vary the music in reflection of the church season. On the first Sunday of the month we use contemporary Christian music in the 10:30 AM service.

Holy Communion is celebrated weekly and on feast days throughout the year using wine or grape juice and bread. We practice "open" communion, wherein all who profess their faith in Christ are welcome to partake, regardless of their church affiliation.

A chair lift is available for those needing assistance ascending and descending the stairs to the main sanctuary.

Children are welcome in our worship services. A children's sermon is given every Sunday during the 10:30 AM service.

Our nursery welcomes all children from newborn to kindergarten and is available during the second service.
